Ok im almost 100% sure of this, your lacking iron. Eat more fruit or/and vegetables. The lack in iron is what does that to your body. It is really bad expecially if your on your period. oh i thought it was 500~800 calories. Ok your definately not getting enough. What your doing is rediculous, reduced consumption of fatty foods and even a 1/2 hour walk will do wonders. Trust me, im a doctor haha.
